Terms of Service

All sales on in-stock items are subject to a 30-day return policy. Items must be returned in original, unworn condition with receipt. We do not accept returns on:

• —Custom or made-to-order pieces
• —Items that have been resized, engraved, or altered
• —Special orders placed on your behalf
• —Items showing signs of wear or damage

Exchanges for store credit are available on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. Final sale items are marked as such at the time of purchase.

Custom design work requires a non-refundable deposit before fabrication begins. The deposit amount is agreed upon at the time of the design consultation.

Our process:

• —Consultation and design approval (client signs off before any metal or stone is ordered)
• —Deposit collected after design approval
• —Fabrication begins only after deposit is received
• —Balance due at pickup

Design changes requested after fabrication has begun may incur additional charges. All sales on custom pieces are final once fabrication is complete.

We provide estimates before beginning any repair work. No work proceeds without your approval of the estimate.

Our liability for items left in our care is limited to the appraised or agreed replacement value of the piece. We recommend insuring high-value items before dropping them off for service.

Items not picked up within 90 days of completion notice will be subject to a storage fee. Items abandoned for more than 12 months may be disposed of in accordance with Ohio unclaimed property law.

Appraisals issued by Krysty Designs are for insurance replacement value purposes only. An appraisal is not a purchase offer, a guarantee of resale value, or a commitment to buy back any item. Appraisal values reflect estimated replacement cost at the time of appraisal and may change as market conditions change. We recommend updating appraisals every two to three years.

Layaway plans require a minimum deposit as agreed at the time of purchase. Items are held for the agreed layaway period. If payments lapse or the plan is cancelled, a restocking fee may apply and prior payments may be forfeited in accordance with the terms agreed at initiation. Please ask for our full layaway terms at the time of purchase.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Metal prices (gold, silver, platinum) fluctuate daily; quotes for custom work using spot-price metals are valid for 48 hours unless otherwise stated in writing. Prices shown on our website are current as of the last update but may not reflect same-day market changes for metal components.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any dispute arising from a purchase or service relationship with Krysty Designs Fine Jewelry shall be resolved in the courts of Franklin County, Ohio. By doing business with us, you consent to this jurisdiction.
