Brad has been working at the bench since the early 1990s. He trained the traditional way, hands on metal, and that foundation shows in everything he builds. Custom engagement rings, restorations, redesigns, repairs that other shops turn away.
No outsourcing, no assembly line. When you bring us a commission or a repair, Brad works it himself. Which means you know exactly who touched your piece and what they did to it.

The Shop
We're located at The Pointe at Polaris in Columbus, Ohio, a well-lit, comfortable space where you can sit down with Brad and take time making decisions. No pressure, no loud sales floor.
The bench is visible from the showroom. That's intentional. You should be able to see where your piece is being made.
We stock a selection of fine jewelry in the cases, but most of our business is custom work, repair, and appraisal. If you're looking for something specific, call ahead and we'll pull what we have.

How We Work
Craftsmanship over shortcuts
Brad learned his trade the old way, before CAD, before shortcuts, before outsourcing. That instinct, do it right or don't do it, is baked into everything that comes off our bench.
Honesty, always
We'll tell you if a repair isn't worth it. We'll tell you if a piece has problems before you pay for it. We'd rather lose a sale than mislead someone.
Personal service, not retail theater
When you come in, you talk to Brad or Lynette. Not an associate reading from a script. Not someone who doesn't know the answer. You get the people who actually do the work.

Responsibly sourced
Every natural diamond we sell comes through Kimberley Process certified suppliers, ensuring conflict-free sourcing. We provide chain-of-custody documentation on request. We also offer lab-grown diamonds as an ethical, physically identical alternative.
